I can't get on Serp

Hello my friends i want to ask you all a question. I have a niche website and on my niche there is a few space that i can get. My DA 14 PA 29 but i can't get rank first 300. I have a webserver and i couldnt get non of my site good ranking points. Do you think it may cause because of the server ? If you can answer me i would be really thankfull.

Well buddy I am a bit confused with your post. Here are a few questions if answered
would help us all to know whats going on.

1) How competitive is your keywords and whats the search volume like?

2) Do you have enough content on the website?

3) Any on-site SEO done?
 
If you have tons of spam and porn on that server, it may affect you. But the most likely cause is you need more work on your on and off page SEO.

1 ) The search valume is arround 22 000
2) There is arround 3 article with 1500 word and 5 article between 500 - 750
3) I haven't actually i search the compatitors backlink and get from there for myself. But the site is for 1 week now. I didnt wanted to start very quick.
Also this may help, the domain is an expried domain.

Yes i made for eveypost very clearly off page seo. For example i research the first ten website and i checked how many times they are using their keyword so i used on avarange too. But i didnt get rank yet
 
If your site is just 1 week old and the search volume is 22k monthly... It will take you longer to be ranked.

Plus, you just have 8 articles on the site.

Make sure, that the domain doesn't have spam backlinks and is penalized already as well.

I checked it some backlinks has high penalty volume so i want to remove them, i think i will remove them from the webmaster tools right ?
 
Rankings can only be achieved through SEO so make sure you get good quality backlinks.
 
You'll need to focus more on whitehat SEO and keep moving forward with quality link building and always try to analyze what your competitors have and do to get their positions.
 
DA 14 PA 29 but site only 1 week old. means you bought the domain ? did you check whether it was penalized before and all those other stuff before buying it?

and 22k searches kw might be quite difficult for someone just starting out too !
 
It will take you time to start ranking, so keep working on it by building quality links and social signals.
