Hi

I cant seem to get this domain name indexed

unhookingmat.co.uk

not much competion, have digged, pinged etc, any ideas what i am doing wrong please?

Thanks

The name of your domain looks a little weird , may be because of that :D

google is becoming slow these day i to face this problem. but its only for new sites. dont worry it will get index, lol worry about ranking.

Thanks guys,

the domain is just the keywords of the product i want to be found for,

Does having the keywords you want to found for in your domain name, make a big difference, i still believe it helps alot?

how much time it's the site up and running ? this is new domain or you bough from somewhere? because if is bough from someone will just have an banned domain lol :)

Its a new domain,

I have had domains registered the same day with more competion and more searched keywords go in at page 2 ,

strange one this,

man, i use clipmarks.com to get indexed.

I usually get indexed in about 5 hours.

dno...I wouldn't index this site neither :-)

btw, you should add "unhooking mat" in the footer also, and change the name of your picture in "unhooking mat.jpg"...

add more content. about, privacy, terms, etc.. that's just a one pager. even if it does index it will never rank in the state it's in currently.

thanks people i am going to implement all of these and get back with the results

go to google webmaster and submit the sitemap...then ping again

I use clipmarks as well to get indexed.
Just download their toolbar addon.

My trick is to use it to clip my menubar so it gets all the urls of my site :)
Or maybe your site has a sitemap to clip.

hahaqhshahsdhashda "the gay man joke" ahahaha

anyway, it might depend on your content. i uploaded this ages ago and did the normal indexing things. I loaded a splash page with lots of questions on it, which were keyword intense questions and links to my money page... i think I fucked up doing that and they will not index the page. did you load the page with lots of keywords and things like that?

mine is clearly a sales page. lesson 1 - if its an obvious splash page, it wont get indexed- which must be a new rule . pm me if you want to see my example

i looked at yoiur unhookingsteve page and its nice and has no reason to not be indexed other than what i say above... how are you making money from this, there are no @buy links@

one more thing... if there is nothing on the page that alludes to sales... did you just drop a cookie on my machine which will pay you if I later go to another site to purchase matsbendymat? naughty boy

I just got indexed within 3 hrs, all I did was submit to about 5 high profile social bookmarking sites, and ping, thats it.
