i create new accounts but when i want to follow any followers of any account . still 0 follower on my account ... what is the problem with this .... ?

It's says 0 follower because nobody follows you . .

no but in the Subscriptions case still 0 that mean when i follow 10 show 10 Subscriptions and when i back to the person who i follow still not following why i im banned follow followng people

If it's brand new account let it sit for a couple days and make sure it's verified . . .

This happened to me too with new accounts. It went away after about 5-7 days

Don't follow right after you have created the account. Wait about 1 day to let the account age and then begin.
