I can't download images from amazon

I have a problem on the sitestripe I don't have the option to download the image only the linkWhat should I do in this situation or if I download images directly from amazon can I get banned?

I read in another thread that it's against amazon tos and I might get banned I wanted to make sure it's true

I sent a message to support and got an answer that currently I can only use photos via API, I think something has changed with their policy

Don't get or download a product page's images, because you'll get banned if Amazon detect it. Instead, you have some solutions :
- find images from their api (access if you have 3 sales in last 180 days).
- buy the product and take photos of it.
- use solutions like Lasso, AAWP (but are too expensive for beginners) or this lesecteur[.]fr[/]en[/]software[/]amazon-affiliate-image which free to try (without registration)
