You've gotta give them some time. What happens is that the queries get backed up and it takes some time to sift through the debris & excess requests.

This is the reply. Be patient OP the staff are busy with many tasks they will get to your ticket in due course but I would suggest waiting a few days before chasing things up because that may slow things down otherwise.

I just wanted to update this thread in regards to the user's query.
Your tickets exist and you've been receiving prompt responses, but for some reason, you weren't receiving the emails. In the future, please try checking your spam folder just in case they end up in there.
