I can't add PayPal payments

Hi, if I want to add a PayPal payment to an advertising account, the following message pops up:

"You are trying to add a payment method that has been temporarily suspended for security reasons. Add another payment method."

I will add that for several months I had a debt on another advertising account that I repaid not long ago.

Do you have an idea for this?

Facebook is just banning the payment methods, try to register another account
