I can't add on my domain name. Why ?

Hi there,

Today I purchase a new domain name.

Actually, I already have the same domain name but dot info. I don't like it, so I buy a new domain name with dot com.

Both have the same name but different extension (dot info VS dot com)

When I add on a new domain name, it shows error message that this domain already exists, so I can't add on.

Damn, I think it is mistake. Both domain have different extension, how can it say the domain already exists ?

Can somebody please help? I want to add on my new domain and build a website.

Problem fixed.
I have to use different username-
can't use a default username because it will be the same.
