I cant access yahoo and wordpress.org website.

Hi, can you help me?.. I would like to know what seems to be the problem. the page wont load for me.. the yahoo.com and wordpress.org wont load but when I ask other they seem to access it with ease... is there a problem with me in my IP?. or my browsers?.. Ive tried different browser but still no results.
