I can't access websites and server - Contabo

I use 1 vps in Contabo. I didn't have any problems for 1 year, but today there was a problem with the server. I can't access any of my websites right now. While some of my websites get an "unreachable" error, my sites connected to cloudflare give a 522 error. I have cyberpanel installed on my server. However, I am not a professional in server administration. I'll write to support soon, but it may take up to 1 day for them to fix this issue as they are very slow. Can anyone help me on how to deal with this issue?
