Hello everyone,
I have an MCC account which was originally set up as a personal account. Recently, after Google’s review, my account was suspended because I could not complete personal verification. I then switched my payment profile to my organization.
However, when I submitted the required documents, including my business license and my personal information (as the legal representative of the company), Google still could not verify them. As a result, all accounts under my MCC were suspended.
I tried explaining this situation to Google multiple times but received no resolution. What should I do in this case, even though all my information and documents are 100% legitimate?
