I cannot send a mention on Instagram

I cannot send a mention through the browser or phone , and sometimes it sends and sometimes it does not.
I have tried several accounts. I have done more than one experiment, but there is something I do not know.

For your information, the normal solutions are in all settings and all notifications are open, but the mention does not arrive

If anyone has encountered the problem and has a solution, please help and share .

Are you talking about the push notification that users get on notification?

No, my friend, all notification are open, but I am talking about something that I do not know is the reason why the mention does not reach the other party
 
Change pass and login after 2 to 3 hrs later and try again

What do you mean by it doesnt reach the other party?

Do they dont get it in notifications or what exactly happens?

yeh .. mention not arrive,instagram changed his Algorithms

could be a server error .
 
are u checking the version of your app ? if it is outdated versions sometimes cause bugs, especially with features like tagging or mentions.
 
if users is not following you back then notification or dm that you mentioned them wont go.
also if you mention frequently then issue you are stating will happen,.
