Some of the reasons could be many log-in attempts, weird activity on your account, or repeating a procedure that may have been marked previously. I would first find out the reason behind the problem before doing anything.

you should use anti-detect browser with separate proxy, I think it will be better and hope this problem won't happen anymore.

If you're using this account to run ads, it could be disabled in just one day because Facebook is scanning profiles very strictly.
If it's disabled even though you're not using it for ads, it could be because your device has logged in with multiple accounts, and that network might not be secure. Try using RPS with a fixed Singapore IP address; I think it's safer.

Try resetting the entire device, your device might be blacklisted or flagged for "fake account" activity. Try switching to a different device to see if the issue persists. If it does, then the cause lies elsewhere not with the device itself.

Your device fingerprint and proxy may already be flagged. Switching Facebook accounts on the same setup will probably end the same way. You can use an antidetect browser with a clean residential or ISP proxy for safer account management and less risk of getting disabled.

Your banned dude, I bet you just cleared cookies and tried a new browser or something? You need to cover EVERY footprint that facebook can have of your system. (basically you can't use that system and ip, device id again, till they are changed and reset)

your IP or hardware fingerprint is blacklisted by meta. To fix this, use an anti-detect browser (like AdsPower or Multilogin) with clean static residential proxies, create separate browser profiles, and warm up new accounts gradually for a few days before taking heavy actions
