I cannot activate scrapebox ! why?

I bought sb and received activated email ,but sb doesn't work. So i submited connect test image ,but sb company don't give any explanation and just refund my money.
But I just want use sb .Who can give me a explanation? Help!

I got its email which says sb is activated.but the software does not work.

Did you activate from the software? By puttin in your transaction id and stuff like that ?
