I can not install Elementor PRO plugin

Hello,

I'm trying to install Elementor PRO plugin which I have download from Festinger but Wordpress says that it could not be installed.

Any ideas how to fix it?

extract that package
inside that package there is another folder upload that

You first need to install the Elementor plugin (the basic/free version) and then you will be allowed to install the PRO version.
