I can not find my thread!

Hey guys,

I've just published a thread in forum and it was waiting for approval but it disappeared from the forum after 30-40 minutes. I also didn't get any notification about if my thread approved or not. So it's very strange to me and wanted to ask from moderators if you know what happened to my thread?!
