Maybe they have selling limits and want to get around it without using stealths? Maybe... or worse, have got their account banned? or...their location doesn't allow the easy use of Paypal account, there are many countries from where people can't easily use their Pp. or maybe a wholeseller who is not bothered to deal with the final customer thmselves.
