I can create a PayPal acc get paid and send it via F n F to my main and repeat or will my accs get limited on first time sending

Illegal? Yes, if you dont pay it back.
Will it work? No, because I can assure you paypal has measures to avoid this.
 
Why not just send directly to your main? If you're expecting high volume of disputes, both will eventually get banned.
 
If you don't leave any fingerprints it will work. Many ewhores do that.
 
Maybe if you use the 'shady' account 1-2 times max and you need to pay attention on the amount of money. Always low amount and make sure to use a good proxy/rdp and after create the PP account wait few days before start transactions otherwise PP will block fast. In short u need to be wise, do a research and you will be fine, just a little more work creating the accounts, waiting them age etc
 
Yeah you can do that, been doing for years but it also depends on the history of your PayPal I guess.
 
I think best way to do it is setting up a Shopify store with you main account. You just use the other account to pay. At least, I've known about 3 guys who did that successfully and have using the method for some time now.

Also, you shouldn't operate two PP accounts on same device except you're changing your IP with each account.
