Hello there,
I have been building websites since the age of 12. Mostly for myself, it has been a hobby something I rather enjoy doing. I can build high quality websites, do any style logos, graphics and work on any niche. What I am proposing here is that I will build a site or a number of sites around any niche you are wanting to work with. I can do the keyword research and so can you, however it pans out I am okay with it. I will write all the content, I write high quality engaging content only with perfect grammar - no CRAP no BS. I will be responsible for the upkeep which includes adding posts every week, designing and doing anything else on site.
Your job will be to handle off site SEO. I can help by writing articles for tier 1 links that you will create. I will also handle all the expenses for domain + hosting and anything that is required to keep the website going. This is an opportunity for someone that needs a consistent writer and web designer to work with. I am a very flexible, responsible and easy going individual and expect you to be the same. We can concentrate on one big 100+ page site or a few different Micro Niche Sites. I am down with whatever you are comfortable with.
Now comes the security part, you obviously have the question "what if this dude runs away with the website once i get it going?" Well for starters, I believe in Karma! What goes around comes around. Secondly, why would I do that when you are bringing a skill set that I do not have and need to get this project going. I don't want to mess around or waste anybody's time. This will not be a one time thing as once the initial work is done for launching one website I can immediately start working on the next one. It's that simple! Also if the site takes off and I choose to run you can always launch a Neg SEO attack and bring it down, it will be your right to do so.
So here it is guys. I would prefer to work with a trusted member. If you are a high ranking member of this forum then I would also be comfortable with you having the website in your name.
