I bought new device for PPC accounts

I bought new device that I can use for bing and Google ads. I'll use all real legit information and confirm the accounts with my information till now I haven't crested legit accounts. So would it be a problem? I mean do I need any method considering I'll create legit account? My debit card is from local bank so is it okay to use without getting the wrong information error and then suspended? Can I use 4g internet or I need new wifi providers? I'll confirm the accounts with my information.

I'm interested in this, I allow Bing ads but I don't have access to a personal account, what could this device solve?

Bing ads can detect anti detect browsers this is why, but google I think still can work with antidetect browsers. It's worth only if you want to create legit account with your real information, otherwise try different antidetect browsers

I actually think the proxy IP is more important, I use the same anti-detection browser all the time and haven't found it to be blocked at login.

I will create legit account with my own information and because of that don't want to risk. The thing is my device can only connect to WiFi. So what should I do? I can get 4g mobile data sim and use for internet or I can even get new router with new internet provider to ensure clean ip for sure.
