I bought an expired domain, now what?

Hi, I just bought the domain of the official women team of one of the most important football teams in italy. It has links from the official italian football association, a wikipedia page, and some more relevant websites.

What do I do now to get some quality backlinks to my money site? It's in the same niche (football -> football predictions)
Do i restore the pages that are getting the links and put links to my website? If so, what do i do with the homepage and overall the entire structure? Do I have to make it a blog? Do I just 301 the entire domain?

I know it could be better but I thought it had some kind of value, also it just cost me 1 euro so nothing to worry about.

the authority (DR) is not high enough to justify a 301 redirect, personally I'd use the domain as a money site and, later on, after it gets re-indexed and re-ranked in google I'd use it as PBN too (put a link on its homepage to my main website), and try to develop both sites simultaneously...

Redirect the traffic to some merch store with an affiliate link would likely be the easiest way to make some money from it. If there are links from authority sites there may be residual traffic that can be monetised.
 
How did you buy it? Expiration dates are quite different.

should i add it in the gsc? do i need to use a different google account from the one of my money site?

what do you mean by saying a hub page with internal links? Just a static page with some content and links to my money site? Also, the wayback machine has not saved many pages that have backlinks in other websites, so do I just invent the content?
