Just got back from my shopping at Tescos.. and went to put my lovely beers in the fridge when the words "alcohol free" caught my eye. DOH!!!!!!!

Fear not guys im ok.. i went to aldi and bought some of this crap.. tastes foul and bitter but its got alchohol in it

I've been 100% sober for 4 weeks, and maybe drank 3-4 times this year so far. WAY down, and it's been helping me feel a lot better, try it ;D.
I miss drinking but to be honest I don't miss the nightmares, the evil spirits and anxiety hehe. I still get bad dreams from time to time, sometimes I feel hung over. All part of the healing process.
