I bought a domain and hosting yesterday from Hostgator. when I checked on the whois to update of my domain details, But unfortunately the domain I bought is already a drop domain.

I am need of help from you guys, Is that Ok if I SEO on that domain and will not hurt on Google Ranking???

Dropped domain = fresh domain. nothing to worry about. try wayback machine site to know how the site was developed in past

No issues.You can still rank it well.10 days back ,i also purchased the similar kind of domain,now its ranking at no.4.
