I bought a domain that is banned from Google

Hi Folks, I recently purchased a website with DR >50 from someone online. Later, I discovered that that domain has suffered a lot of DMACs and even there is a court order to disable the site from showing in USA search results. In other words, website still can be seen in GOOGLE UK, GOOGLE India .... etc. It is just banned in USA google results.

Is there anything that can be done in my situation? I know i should have checked everything but i just got amazed by the high DA and DR.

Sorry mate, you can't do anything much. If you don't care about US visitors, then you can go with it otherwise the best option would be to move on to another domain choice.
 
Does anyone have experience rebuilding a completely different website on this domain? It seems weird that it would forever remain "banned."

I will not use that domain
 
I doubt the DA is real too. Are you sure it is not artificially inflated DA with redirected backlinks?
 
Buy from verified people and then verify yourself. That domain is worse than penalized, so trash it and forget it.

And keep in mind, you get what you pay for. DR 50+ domains can go for thousands. If someone offers them for $50, it's definitely a bullshit.

Who did you buy the domain from?
How much did you pay?
 
Google ads seem to be NOT working as well. Each time i try to submit a campaign i get an error that ad can't run in the USA. I thought google ads system is separate
