Its a popular Indian Magazine and does not fully rely on Google for traffic. The Outlook magazine is pretty old gets traffic from brand name as well.

I know what it is, not sure why you are explaining this. The graphic showed a decline in traffic from Google which tells you what Google currently thinks of it. Still a good link but not at that price when you can buy it a lot cheaper.

I'm getting emails every few days from link sellers trying to sell me links on here. It might be strong in terms of third party metrics but I'm pretty sure I remember someone at google saying once they believe a website is a link farm they just discount any outbound links from it. So it might be worth literally nothing.
