I am seeking help I want a shared server to run software

I want a server based in US , to run my software like GSA, Magicsubmitter , SEnuke? But don't know what sort of server should I buy can anyone of you please guide me. I don't know anything about it. My setup is in a town don't have very good internet facilities I do manual work on a system with 4 mbps speed only but it also cost around 100$ a month if anyone of you using servers, guide me what server should I choose Ram, bandwith, storage, ip and other factors as well.

I use windows based VPS from here http://vpswindows.biz/virtual-servers/ and you can just login via remote desktop and run your tools on there.

You need a Windows VPS to run that software. Those are usually more expensive than Linux VPS, which will not suit you, as you would not be able to run software written for Windows on a Linux machine.

You should be looking for good CPU power, RAM and bandwidth, as those are the most heavily used things by that software. Storage is not that important and around 20GB should be enough.

I think for GSA you need at least 4 gb ram and 4 core cpu

What is good? Could you please value it like 512 ram will be good or 1GB of ram will be required.

512 MB is not enough even for a bare OS installation. 1GB would be a very slow OS and unusable SEO tools. As Netcrime suggested, you need at least 4GB RAM and 4 core CPU.
