I am planning to send bulk emails through a mass email service. I intend to include a small amount of text and one link leading to a website. However, I am concerned about the domain being blocked as spam. Therefore, I plan to first link to a safe site via the email, and then use a redirect to connect to the main site.


What are the best methods to avoid spam issues while protecting my domain as much as possible?

this plan. is good too but i just you to act human not too much spam so this will be under radar without any suspension.

Hey GarciaBeacky, I’ve tried something similar on Make.com a while back. Using a redirect can work, but I noticed some emails still went to spam. Maybe warming up your domain and keeping the email simple helps a bit. Not 100% sure, but that’s what I experienced.
 
Use multiple domains, warm them up. 5 emails per domain. You can setup subdomains for each domain too. There are services out there to warm up emails for you. Use Google Workspace for you emails.

Then ramp up how many you send. 5, 10, 20, 40, etc. And keep track of your rely rates.

I would not put any HTML pixel to track email opens as it can make your email go to spam.
 
Avoid redirects; focus on permission-based list, proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC, clean content, consistent sending, and monitoring domain reputation.

I'd even go as far and create a separate domain, kinda being the ambassador or affiliate , you never want your main pages emails to go to spam or bounce.

And honor unsubscribe, keep an eye on soft and hard bounce and filter them out or you will be burrying your domains grave
 
Keep the email content simple and honest. Avoid spammy words and don't over-optimize the message.
 
Have you tried to send from multiple Gmail accounts?
