Add more articles (related to main KW) to your site, paste there backlinks to main article. Get some social signals. Get some backlinks from other sites in your niche. And soon you will reach the TOP.

Great you have found a KW you can rank, all ready on page 3 from 1 article good stuff. Now take into consideration how much traffic that keyword gets. Now think for a moment if I was to create an article for your keyword id be on page 3 too right? Maybe higher or lower than you. Now think how many others are just waiting to jump onto the band wagon.
You have two options either sit there and pray to the gods hoping your going to jump a few ranks or just be plain removed in a few days. Sometimes google will put you high up in the serps but it won't last for long that's just new content being circulated through the serps. If your on page 3 you might as well be on page 99 no one is going to look at your links (well hardly anyone lets say for the naysayers).
Or you can do what we are all doing here keep pushing forward. Get back links, share content build social signals. This site has a wealth of knowledge for you to follow. Some simple guidelines are dotted all over. Just read some of the basics on this forum alone you might open yourself up to what you personally can do to your "site".
Just remember if you want to rank on google aim your website at the user and just make sure google can see you via backlinks and social shares.

I think your site needs much more low competitive keywords. I suggest that, make the keyword exactly as your domain name. This takes you at first in the google SERP.
