I am not getting views for shorts

Hi,

I have uploaded 30+ shorts for my new channel. All of them had millions views on Tiktok. I used good keywords and catchy titles. But I am not getting views even after a month.

What am I missing?

Can you guys suggest some good practices.

So you copied from tiktok and posted it on YouTube. That will never work.
 
maybe your ip was flagged, do you did any shady or blackhat before on youtube?
 
I bought some TikTok shorts with watermarks etc removed, added YouTube royalty free music to them and started a new channel and it’ was almost impossible to find them and they get zero traffic, I did place a hundred odd views on each short but they laid dormant so I deleted them, soon as I uploaded a home clip It was easier to find and got Traffic
 
Because may other people do same you. Download video from tiktok and upload youtube. That mean, you are late.
When Youtube know same content, your video will not recommend.
