You need to build out a much larger site for starters.
And NEVER scrape or copy content from other sites. Google values quality for their advertisers.

Even in the past I got approval with tiny and scraped content.. But those were different times..

I just Googled the first sentence of the first article on your website and I found the same article on another website that looks a lot like your site (same WordPress theme?)
Do you run 2 identical website or did you just copy someone else's content?
Aside from the duplicate content issue, the articles include a lot of poor word choices and confusing sentence structures.
Even if you get accepted into AdSense, I'd recommend that you invest more in your content to make it more unique and better written.

Don't mind me you can retry again I'm sure they will as long as you have enough post like 80, and add some content above 300 word for 5 post I'm sure they will.
I work with one news site that is monetizing with Adsense. Just make a disclaimer page and privacy policy page that will give a credits to the original writer.
