You want to start off at the bottom, first contribute what you know and ask questions. Will you get to 100 posts, then you'll have the ability to upgrade to jr VIP, and then you can post affiliate links or project and service links in your signature and promote yourself on blackhat world. You wont get work direct, unless your reply to ads in WTB or HAF sections in the forum, and for that you need JR VIP. Best of luck, and you shouldn't be saying you're new here, you nearly been here for a year! lol
