I am completely new in IM. I have no idea where to start. Can anybody here give me some tips, guidance or advice on what to do and where to start and so on.

I was thinking about dropshipping selling on ebay but not sure if that is a good idea.

OK listen up. before you even do anything:

1. Write down what you want out of this IM stuff, don't just write I want to be rich be specific
2. Set up a budget! meaning money you are willing to spend and invest to set up you IM businesses
3. DONT BUY INTO info products. the basics of business is providing value. that's all you need to know, find a way to provide value and well.. provide it. Good luck

my advice would be learn to create website using wordpress and then SEO. That is easiest anyway

Ranking for eBay wouldn't be the easiest of tasks to achieve IMO.

As mentioned, create a site with the WordPress CMS. After you have a few pages of content, find a good on-site\on-page SEO tutorial (in the white hat section) to start off with. It'll go over meta tag optimization, how to optimize keywords in content (text\images), speed optimization with server side caching, compression and image optimization.

If you already know how to create a website using wordpress and some SEO knowledge, then you are halfway to success. Go through the forums in BHW, you can learn lots of stuff from here.

my advice is to find a good coach that can help you along the way and find someone that you can trust i can tell you from experience that it will take some time but will be worth it.

Well you found BHW. That's your first step (y).

There are tons of training programs available here that are FREE that you can learn to blog, create websites, setup microp niche sites, affiliate sales, cost per acquisition, e-mail marketing, social media and so much more. Research here and then develop a plan. The hardest part is actually putting in the effort and developmental hours to make it into SOMETHING. Even when it's SOMETHING doesn't mean it's going to make you money.
