We want to add products from xml suppliers company.

-Category Matcihing (xml category and web site category )
- product stock count must be always update.
- xml products have options ( color size vs..)
- description , sku , photos , titles , others inputs.

budget : 75$

No way you will get a Magento Developer at $75. Anyone who says they can do it at that price is most likely scamming you
 
check upwork.com though you won't get any experts at that budget
 
I was going to recommend someone but I don't think your budget is enough.
