Hallo, we are a company in Austria /Germany , and we are looking for a very good SEO that is capable of ranking high competition keywords.
the quote for this will be around 1,5k$.

Afillix you should have this thread closed the open one on WTB or Hire a Freelancer.
It's not allowed for users to sell outside those sections of the forum.

Also I would highly suggest you take a look at the different SEO providers in the SEO section of the marketplace.

Plus you should put more information in your post... 1500? one-time? Black or White-hat? for what position? How many keywords/sites? etc...
 
OP is in poker niche i think. Check your top 10 competitors with Semrush for their long tail keywords and spend this money for German content.

Well that is going to stop the turds from contacting you who will take your money and and make you profile links. When looking into SEO you really need to do your own research, not wait till they approach you telling you how good they are.
 
i did my own research and i have my own knowledge about seo, but that doesn't mean that i am that much of a guru in sep that i can handle it myself, i can just figure out who might be capable and who might not.
 
Assuming I was capable of ranking your site. Why would I do that for 1.5k a month if the ranking site possibly makes 10 times more. Just a thought.... Cheers and good luck

If you've $1.5k monthly budget means sure you can try out "Content Marketing" Strategy. Like (Infographics, Whitepaper, Ebooks, Press Release, Guest Posting, Article Marketing, Comics and much more). And the you can try targeted industry and get "Brand" also. Let me know your targeted Industry asap.
