Hello.

I am using FB Marketplace to drive traffic to my own websites, mainly in Australia.

I am not selling directly through marketplace, just using it for my site.

in the past I was able to purchase pretty much any account or even create them myself and they did good numbers in views/engagements.

However in the past 2-3 months the solutions I had have all been either patched (no more free numbers for verififcaiton) or the accounts i buy gets terminated before they can drive any traffic.

I wanted to know if there is anybody that would be able to provide me with some insight that might make me able to have accounts last on marketplace, ideally with 2-4 listings on each but even 1 would be fine.

I am not against spending money on purchasing accounts if they last.

any insight at all would be welcome :)

You need super old accounts for that. Creating accounts yourself won't work anymore. Accounts with history are better
 
In my experience, Marketplace is now very strictly regulated, so accounts without a history of natural activity will have difficulty surviving for long. A more effective approach is to use a real profile, maintain a normal level of activity for a while, and post content that aligns with Marketplace's purpose. If your main goal is website traffic, you should combine this with Pages, Groups, and official advertising instead of relying entirely on Marketplace.
 
Meta accounts come in many different types; you can warm up your account first, use organic campaigns, and your subsequent campaigns will be more stable.
 
Marketplace bans usually come from policy and trust issues, so the only sustainable path is using aged, real profiles with normal activity and staying within Marketplace rules or switch to compliant traffic sources like FB ads or local groups instead.
 
You need to find sellers that specialize in this. Don't bother trying to figure it out yourself imo
 
If you are being restricted, you should:
Check your Account Status to see the reason.
Submit an appeal with real information and evidence (real photos, invoices, your official website).
Clean up any risky listings before posting again.
 
Marketplace has recently undergone quite a bit of scrutiny, so it's best to nurture your account slowly and steadily. You should start with natural interaction, post a small number of clean products, and then gradually increase the number; this is how you build a long-lasting account.
 
so purchasing older accounts seem to be the way from what people in here is saying (I appreciate you all)

is there a rough estimation of how old the accoutns should be? are we talking months or years? and anything else we should look into?

Use​


Marketplace rewards accounts that:


  • Have a long-standing local presence
  • Engage with the platform normally
  • Post real listings regularly

Instead of buying accounts off someone else, you want:
✔ Accounts created with real identity + ongoing activity
✔ Connected to real mobile numbers / email
✔ Verified gradually through normal platform flow


Accounts that look “healthy” to Facebook last longer

Aside that ,maybe it's time to try other geo as it seems he is been tracked

Marketplace now prioritizes account reliability and organic behavior, not the number of listings. The reason many accounts "don't last long" often stems from repetitive patterns (identical posts, clearly offloading traffic, short activity cycles).

Marketplace now prioritizes account reliability and organic behavior, not the number of listings. The reason many accounts "don't last long" often stems from repetitive patterns (identical posts, clearly offloading traffic, short activity cycles).
 
Marketplace accounts get terminated fast when they’re new or low-trust, especially if they’re bought. The only way to last is using real, well-aged accounts, posting compliant listings, and keeping volume very low at first.
 
Marketplace is much stricter now, especially on bought or freshly created accounts. The only setups that tend to last are real, well-aged accounts with normal activity, very low posting volume (1–2 listings), and fully compliant listings—purchased accounts usually burn fast regardless of price.
