Been looking for tutorials from quite a while. Can i get for both php and python plus i wanna know which among two weigh more and on what factors.

You can start from w3schools, they got good material to start learning.
Then you can search for some good books with awesome reviews from amazon and hit ebookee.org to download the selected ebook.
Video training material can be found from TorrentBay

Look for lynda tuts on torrentbay and Udemy tuts are also good which has been linked in above post.
