There are threads here of people looking for pinterest board exchange. Comment there and exchange boards with anyone willing to exchange with you. You send them your pinterest profile, they pick the boards they like and you invite them after which they send you their profile you pick boards you like and they invite you.

Quick question. You say you dont mind what niche it is and also you dont want ones with spam. So my question is what do you want with them? If you are not concerned with a niche then are you just going to be spamming them with potentially non relevant posts yourself or just trying to sell invites to them?
