Okay so I run a legit company right now and what we do is buy and sel used cell phone and brand new ones. However, we have been buying 1 by 1 on craigslist and I mean although that work it would be nice to be able to deal with just one person and buy from them on a constant basis.

We buy blackberry, android, iphones (don't really care about the iphones though) If you can help out or know anything feel free to contact me on aim or on here or wherever and we can talk more about it!

I'm afraid that if you go through a supplier, you wont get the best profit margin. Ever thought of advertising through a website, or performing some kind of offline posting? There are a lot of cheap cell phones on CL. I would bargain with these people; I'm sure you could get some great deals. There are so many phones listed, even in my small city. Software can also be built to automate this process.

Give your card to taxi owners. I used to know a guy that drove a taxi and would sell phones on the cheap.
