I think you need to pick your friends more wisely.

I would send the money to a friend in all honesty. I know if any of my friends (screw friends, I would do it for a stranger) needed this, I would do it for them.

I would do the following: send all my money to one with fake info. With real info open Plimus account and chose to have payouts via Payoneer card or something similar (not PP). Create a fake website with hosting services which are too expensive. For example, 10 GB and 100 GB of traffic for 80 USD per month. This is a necessary step to assure that no one else tries to buy faked services. Buy services from yourself.
 
try blackhatkit they may help you but u will loose half of the amount
 
Basically it's all your fault in this, should have covered your "ass" better in handling fake paypal accounts.

You can't send money to anyone? Then solve what paypal is asking for - bank accounts or photoshoped documents.
 
Well, all the more suggestions are same,.. But the trouble is the LIMITED ACCOUNT.. Can someone please help me to get photoshopeed documents to just remove my limitations so that I can send my money to another account?
