I am hiring a web programmer to code/program a film website based on mockup design

We have already completed a website mockup design for our independent film venture. Now we are looking for a freelancer or small studio who can program it and provide minor design support. Please see below:

ABOUT SITE
- Design already finished. Example will be sent to qualified bidders.
- 7 pages
- Homepage, About Us, 1 page for each of 5 films

SCOPE OF WORK
- PROGRAM all aspects of the film's website
- Provide very minor design support (trim some images)
- Replicate scaled down version of website for mobile
- Flexibility with feedback and revisions to achieve our vision
- Deliver all project and working files to us as end of project
- We will launch the site ourselves from our Godaddy account
- Point of contact from client side will be just 1 person (me)
