hi
I am thinking of hiring someone to comment on blogs.
I am wondering what kind of motivation I can give so that the worker does a good job.
if i pay a flat rate for effort, worker can say he tried them all and they all didnt approve it.
these are the kinds of blogs that are autoapprove but cannot be used with SB for one reason or another (require login, have fields that SB doesnt recognize)
obviously, the higher PR ones are harder...so to give the worker motivation to comment on the higher PR ones, should I pay according to PR? for example, 10 cents for PR6 and PR7, 3 cents for PR1, something like this?
basically i am looking for guidelines on how to get the best results, and what pitfalls to avoid.
