i am going to be rich

Aww shieet! As a scatter-brain, spend more effort on thinking towards one specific goal at a time to ensure that you do you best at that particular goal. The last thing you need is burning out without achieving anything productive for the day.

I'm on my 3rd year myself and I'm hating every minute of it, you like IM, you should do IM, not college stuff that is completely different from reality, they teach you something you can get from torrent books.

If my uni had a good entrepreneurship faculty, I would study it, but I'm on a completely different subject and I'm like a zombie, sitting there for 5-6 hrs daily, why should I do this...

Amen. So true my man.

I love how some people think college is essential to succeeding in life. Some people make it seem like you've got no chance of a successful career if you don't go to College. I'm not sure which Country everyone else is from but in the UK, the majority of students going to College are the 'cocky chav' type who don't know what to do with their life so they follow their mates like sheep. They just use it for extra years of socializing. I don't think College is quite what some people make it out to be. Maybe in other Countries it's more important but in the UK, it's optional and free for those under 19, hence why it attracts less motivated people who are just going because they're not sure what to do with their lives. They're the type of people who will have 10 kids by the time they're 20 and will be on benefits because they CBA to work.

Been to College, dropped out of College, found a job, got the t-shirt. College was a complete waste of time, it was full of non-like minded people, when it should have been the opposite. I found many people to be very annoying and disagreeable. Students always came in with hangovers on Mondays and would be too intoxicated to learn and therefore we had to work at a slower pace, which I think was a benefit to the teachers as well since they looked like they had been doing crystal meth over the weekends. There was always some cocky loudmouth try hard chav who wouldn't be happy unless they were receiving constant attention from their low-life friends. It was a very depressing time of my life. It depresses me that I waited before dropping out, I thought I would stick it out longer and hope it gets better, it never did. Fortunately those days are long gone.

In my opinion, OP's decision is completely understandable and it's definitely what he should do. In his last journey he hit success, he could have lived off his earnings if he needed to. College for him is boring, so he won't learn anything, so it's a waste of time, he might as well spend his time doing something he enjoys and something he's good at.

What's the point of forcing yourself to do something that you're not interested in? There's a lot of brainwashed people, lots of people were brainwashed into believing College is essential for long term success.

Do what you want to do in life, OP. Life is way too short to waste time on something that's not interesting to you. You can always go back to education at any time if you ever want to. Don't let anyone pressure you into anything like College. Do whatever you find interesting and want to do.

Dude, which uni did you go to?!

I wasted my time at college ended up dropping out best of luck getting rich :)

Dude, which uni did you go to?!

None fortunately. I was talking about College.

If I had of gone to Uni, then you would be seeing me; in debt, wearing second hand Adidas Trackies everyday, revving my 1.0L Saxo, on benefits, smoking weed on the doorstep of my council house, with some meth addicted girlfriend, with 5 kids and 3 staffies. I would be telling you how friendly my dogs are while one of them is trying to maul your legs. It's such a shame I didn't take the Uni route...

Are you sure you were majoring in the right subjects? A business degree + good IM skills = 6 figure income.

You don't necessarily need a degree, but if you pick the right one, it could actually do you a lot of good.

Happy to see I'm not the only one that thought college was a waste of time...

yeah dude, i was planning on going back when i actually want to, and getting a business/marketing degree.

i was majoring in nursing for the time i was there, because my mom wanted me to.

now i know its a horrible idea to force yourself onto a path, laid by someone else.

today i made a new video in windows movie maker with 5 slides

the video looks very boring (black background white text) but its extremely simple, which is good, and my voice over makes it an interesting video imo,

i simple spoke about the subject surrounding the product, and nudged them towards the product i was selling from clickbank without being too pushy.

i boosted it with 100k views, 1000 likes, and 15 High PR backlinks, with 5000 2nd tier social bookmarks.

i should probably add some comments though, just realized that 100k views without comments looks extremely sketchy...

ah but i'll just put comments approving the product by people that have avatars that relate to my product, so theres more trust..

also gonna add comments of random people asking if the product is worth it,

then have my other youtube accounts reply to those comments saying how interesting the product was..

i might even add a video response to my video saying how much they loved the product.. = more trust

its weird, im pretty sure making people trust you is the key to selling shit...

but i digress,

now if i can just get the video #1 on google and youtube.

edit: already ranking for the #21 spot in google for a long tail keyword im going for, #1 in youtube though

and im on the bottom of the 2nd page in google for the main keyword im going for

search volume is decent, considering the views:date posted ratio of the top videos.

im sure if i can get it to the top spots, i can make a few sales a day

that's all i can really find. im using serpbook for google tracking, but doing youtube tracking manually.

;)

Not going to college was one of the best decisions I ever made. Do not listen to people who says that college is important bla bla bla.

Good luck my man. I just recently got back into it. Welcome for new buddy'sbuddy's

Been following your journey thread man and it seems like you know what you are doing...

I would recommend finishing school and pursuing marketing in your spare time. A good education lasts a lifetime.

I am pretty much in the same shoes as you are, however, I still haven't dropped out of uni. Having said that, it probably won't be long before I do so.

Remember that everything is possible if you have a burning desire, persistence and a definite plan of action!

Im still in college while doing IM and honestly Im in a college that is a 4 year but has the community college vibe and it isnt fun at all. I would try not to drop out but transfer to a big state school or a well known school where you will get the social interactions that you want (networking and cool people)

Plus if you can make IM take off while still in college it will become that much more enjoyable.

im making 5 videos for 5 products on clickbank, then when im done im gonna upload and boost all of them.

nothing else to say bros

College will give you nothing other than social experience that you will need in your life - that's all. I doubt most of the knowledge can be applied to make you rich. Anyway, it is your decision not ours. Go get it, dude!

I don't want to preach so hard, but sometimes people are way too focused on "getting rich", rather than living
rich lives. And a rich life to me, is one that is full of diversity. ;)

Good luck -SB

These words hold a lot of truth. When I (unfortunately) lived and worked in Downtown San Diego, I was constantly working with, being introduced to, and otherwise to the "Rich", and to this day I haven't met anyone that out shined these morons in the tool-bag department. Horrible taste in just about everything, and they all were about as deep as a fucking baby pool. I respect the money making capability of some of these guys, but it stops there.
