I am about to start paying $120 a month for some hand done high quality back links, but I would like to know where the best place to get decent quality backlinks in bulk is. Just to get the sheer number factor over my competitors who have some back links but they are all crappy. Thanks/

PBN is all you need to get top rankings, that said, if you site is rather new and has no backlinks at all, it does help to get some web 2.0 or socials too.
