I am getting this error when follow someone (ig)

I made account with 4g proxy on iPhone 19pro max and first day follow 10-15 OF models (my niche) and 2nd day I tried following and getting this error. I tried with other accounts (some bought aged accs) and same error if I follow someone. Furthermore, I need to post reels for my OF model. How can I solve this? And any advice for posting reels and viral them on ig? Thanks in advance!

You can pause following for a week, but you can still do likes and other actions and the follow restriction will be lifted afterward.

Its sort of a new Follow shadow ban. Its best to rest the account for some time from doing any Follow action.
 
nah this is not an error, you can still follow private accounts. instagram thinks your account is bot rn

You mean on iphone 19pro max?
 
You're following too many people too quickly or maybe who you are sending the request they approve the request manually, for example I aprove manually the friends request and accept or reject the messages request, now most of the people have like that their personal IG accounts.
 
You need to make sure that your account is fully authenticated. Some platforms require additional authentication if they detect unusual activity. If you follow too many users in a short period of time, the platform may consider it spam and restrict your access. Try reducing the number of follow actions over a period of time. Then Use another proxy or check the configuration of your current proxy. Sometimes, proxies can be blocked or have some problems
