I got 30K views in last 28 days.. but earn only 12$ on Youtube-Adsense...

Yes 60% are from mobile devices.. :/

Depends on your niche but maybe you get a lot of mobile views.
Optimize you ads.

Mobile views and people who skip ads, that's why.
Btw you need more than 30k non-mobile views per month to make decent money on YouTube.

There must be a lot of mobile views on your videos because if those views were computer-based, the earning should be much higher.

Its your niche and monetized playback. Low CPC and low monetized playback. Improve your videos.

If you are spammer and you do not make quality videos, I would not even bother with adsense, they pay such a low $, if you are not popular on youtube.
