What is sold on your site?
What about the sales text? Is it written by yourself?

Haha wth a question like that your going to get a hell of a ton of shitty answers. Why not explain a bit more? Otherwise, of course your gna have zero conversions as you probably don't even know what you are doing.
See what keywords they are searching when they are directed to your website, the keyword may be not relavant or "non-buying" (e.g. review or instruction or other shit).
I'm talking about SE traffic but if you used a payed source then your page is poor or the source is shit.
It may sound funny but the affiliate programme you use can have processing problems, I ones had such deal.

Wait a little bit longer. Sometimes you might get a batch of orders out of nowhere that evens out your conversion rate. At about the 500 hops mark, you should know by then if the offer is a dud or not.
Almost the traffic comes from google
