Hello everyone, thank you for welcoming me to this forum. I am looking forward to sharing my journey here as I continue to grow and flourish. I am 19 years old and currently trying to gain financial freedom and not have to go to med school lol... I currently have an OF management company to gain capital to start a medical software company to improve user interface as well as AI integrations. I am also currently getting my real estate license and only have about 2-3 weeks left; I started 1.5 weeks ago. Also looking to start a Private Jet Charter Arbitrage company very soon. I have the premise of the company down as well as a developer to help back me. I feel crazy trying to do all this with volunteering for Hospitals as well as shadowing but I am able to manage it all so far.

I see a lot of boasting and zero results.

Anyone can start a company. Takes a few hundred dollars to register?

Most realtors make nothing or are negative after expenses.

Do you know how to code? Do you know anything about the medical industry at all?

This is like a "i'm going to be the president one day" post.

I agree. Try to focus on one thing and once it becomes successful you move on to others!

Not boasting, simply explaining my ambitions. I understand the medical industry because both my parents are doctors who constantly complain about the user interfaces of such programs. My OF agency is used for capital as I have stated to hire a dev not to be one. I help my mom with her work so I understand the interface. In terms of my real estate license its to gain the core knowledge of it in order to invest properly and to learn everything there is to learn idc about being a realtor lol... And yes agreed anyone can start a company so we shall see. This is under "introductions" for a reason and not under any other category. Looking forward to sharing my journey and results however as I continue.

I structure my day accordingly. Morning (8-11) Reading for real estate, then (11-12.30) OF/eat, evening (12.30-3) gym/OF in between sets or during sauna etc., then (3-4.30) more real estate, (4.30-6) work on business ideas/plans, (6-8) dinner with family/relaxing, (8-10.30/11) more OF or real estate either or, (11-bed) phone time.

Sounds like those stupid videos of scam artists showing videos of them working out, taking showers, and driving stupid cars.

You should come back when you have actual results.

Medical software is huge money though good luck with that.

Nothing about your day suggests you are doing anything productive. Waking up early and going to the gym on their own do zero for you income wise.

Essentially what I do is I create relationships with Jet Brokers and I have them compile a list of empty-leg flights (flights that were chartered for one way so on the returning flight there are no passengers). These flights are DIRT cheap in terms of private jet traveling so my goal is to create a software that shows these flights. I mark up the price anywhere from 300-700$, give the brokerage their commission, and walk away with majority of the pie. I put no REAL money down in terms of overhead other than maybe a few software which could be 1-3k total a month for ALL of them but in the beginning, it would really only be like 300-500 dollars a month. The easiest way to think about it would be like an Airbnb but for flights. You see a flight you like? You can book it.

lol... its about building habits and doing things every day in which I do not want to necessarily do. Every rich person who I have met says the same thing. Its all about mindset before anything.
