Have a stable job first to make sure you can survive, and if you have plenty of money you can invest in something you specialize in.

Speak to 20 local businesses that have yet to master business advertising on social media, and offer them the opportunity that you will setup and manage it for them if they give you part time work. You'll be able to see which businesses are struggling to cope, and could do with more staff, that you might be able to find a job through, as others have rightfully said. If you are approaching a business with a suit on, and a clipboard, then you'll easy open doors to the right person. Maybe not every time, but it only takes once, and the law of averages is in your favour if you approach 20 businesses over a course of a week.

When I was a very young man and before I found my calling, I was broke, no job, no food and wandering wtf to do......
I got some good advice which has been mentioned previously, get a job, any job and earn some money while deciding what you want to do.....
I ended up working in a muffin factory of all places for 4 months - I was useless (I can't do manual labour or use my hands to fix jack shit) in that time I gained some confidence and ended up in a sales job as I was a natural gob shite with ADHD so the glove fit perfectly.....

If you have some skills then you are not completely broke.
Otherwise, look for a job and run your kitchen then figure it out how to save money and invest it in some skills and build businesses.

Find a job. Don't be picky, look for where there are work opportunities and try out as many things as possible. Try sites like Upwrok and fiverr.
