I am clearly doing something wrong

I have started a new account about a month ago and so far I've only got around 120 followers. I see other accounts my niche having around 1-2k in the same time or less. I post daily content, which in my eyes is pretty good and high quality. I also use trending hashtags. I am using Jarvee with the follow and like function. I don't know what im doing wrong. Can anyone help me?

It's hard to tell. How many people do you follow/like each day? Is your content good enough? Try some other tools as well as commenting, liking comments etc.
Also maybe your competitors bought shoutouts or similar

I've read somewhere on BHW that the follow limit is 150/day and the like limit is around 400/day. I've set jarvee to these settings but its getting action blocked so im getting around 50 follows and 100 likes per day. I've set it to interact only with people who engage in my competitors content.
