Buy 2-3 dropped domains with traffic.
Rebuild the sites.
Sell backlinks.
Rinse and repeat.

You can either learn how to search for them
or you can do so with a paid software.
Scrapebox has an option for this. Expired domain checker is the plug-in’s name.
You can also use Domain Hunter Gatherer. There is a sales thread on the forum for that.
Both do what you’re looking for.
