I am a good freelancer(upwork, freelancer acc need)

I'm a full-stack web developer. I have 5+years of full-stack development experience.
I need upwork and freelancer acc.
I don't want broker only real person for long term cooperation.
My conditions are following:
1. I can't prepay because of scammers.(But I can pay every weekends for the first month)
2. I want upwork and freelancer both.
3. You can suggest me price for renting(fixed or percentage).
